Store Policies
SHIPPING POLICIES AND DELIVERY INFORMATION: Standard shipping of items will take approximately 6 to 8 business days to ship in the order that they are received. If you choose "Expedited" your order will be placed at the front of the list and delivered within 4 to 6 business days. If you have a gift or event deadline, kindly notify us by return e-mail once you receive your order confirmation so that we can be certain to deliver to you in time!
2 and 3 Day Express and Overnight deliveries are sometimes available by contacting us directly by either telephone or e-mail - please see "Customer Care" for complete contact information. Additional charges may apply, but you will receive an exact quote for your approval prior to payment processing.
RETURNS POLICIES: Orna Mentz offers the following Returns Policy: All requests for return and refund will be accepted if the request is made within 30 days after you have received your order - no questions asked. (We only ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back should that prove to be necessary) Simple enough?
We welcome International customers. However, the length of delivery time can range anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks - but we will be able to give you a clear estimate of the actual delivery timeframe at the time of your order and will keep you updated as to its status. There is a flat rate to all countries outside of the US for the shipping costs, so all you have to do is choose "International" during checkout and you will not be charged a penny more than what is displayed.
For all customers, you will receive an order confirmation number in your e-mail that you can use to look up your order progress online. Order tracking is found in the "Service" section. You will be sent a different USPS.com tracking number automatically by e-mail when the order is actually shipped. We use USPS.com almost exclusively for our shipping except for the large framed prints and they are delivered most often by UPS.

We use a flat rate for all shipping based upon amount of total order as described in the following table..
A $3.00 handling fee is automatically factored into the shipping charge on all orders at all levels.
