SHIPPING POLICIES AND DELIVERY INFORMATION: As of December 15, all orders are still guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas! DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, Standard shipping of items means that the orders will ship within 3 days of the date that we receive it and will be shipped by USPS 2-3 day Priority mail. If you choose "Expedited" your order will be placed at the front of the list. If you have a before-Christmas event deadline, then you should notify us by return e-mail once you receive your order confirmation so that we can be certain to deliver to you in time. As of December 15, all orders are still guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas!
Overnight deliveries are sometimes available by contacting us directly by either telephone or e-mail - Our "Service" button above provides complete contact information. Additional charges may apply, but you will receive an exact quote for your approval prior to payment processing.
RETURNS POLICIES: Orna Mentz offers the following Returns Policy: Other than the below listed exceptions, all requests for return and refund will be accepted if the request is made within 30 days after you have received your order - no questions asked. (We only ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back should that prove to be necessary) EXCEPTIONS: Custom orders, such as corporate or wedding favor orders are not covered under this return policy. Any items listed in the Fabulous Finds category, including used and vintage pottery, furniture, and clothing, are not returnable. Please look carefully at the images provided before making your purchase. If you require additional images, please submit a request and we will be happy to provide them! Any noticeable flaws or damage such as rips, cracks or breakage will be photographed as accurately as possible.
We welcome International customers. The length of delivery time can range anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks - for most countries we will be able to give you a clear estimate of the actual delivery timeframe at the time of your order and will keep you updated as to its status, however, International shipping always carries the risk of delayed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. There is a minimum flat rate to all countries outside of the US for the shipping costs, so when ordering, you should choose "International" during checkout. For some countries, there will be an additional charge, but you will be informed of any additional costs and asked for your approval prior to payment processing.
For all customers, you will receive an order confirmation number in your e-mail that you can use to look up your order progress online. Order tracking is found in the "Service" section. You will be sent a different USPS.com tracking number automatically by e-mail when the order is actually shipped. We use USPS.com almost exclusively for our shipping except for the large framed prints and they are delivered most often by UPS.
