RETURNS POLICY: Orna Mentz offers the following Returns Policy: All requests for return and refund will be accepted if the request is made within 30 days after you have received your order - no questions asked. (We only ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back should that prove to be necessary) Simple enough?
Refunds are processed back to your account within 30 days of either your cancellation notice (should you change your mind and decide to cancel before the item has been shipped), or 30 days from the date that we receive the returned item. We're pretty easy to get along with, so don't worry about making a return if you really need or want to.
