SHIPPING POLICIES AND DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Standard Delivery can vary greatly depending upon what you are ordering -We typically do have a small quantity of each of the single hatboxes, and the ornament designs, in stock ready to ship and deliver in app 4 to 8 days, depending upon your location. However, Multiple Quantity Hatbox orders, as well as large quantity Ornament orders (100 or more) have a lead time of app. 2-3 weeks. It is only the larger hatbox quantities (3 or more) of a particular size and design that requires the longer lead time. IF you need a multiple hatbox order, or a large quantity of ornaments, for a wedding or an event, please notify us - QUICKER DELIVERY OF QUANTITY HATBOX AND ORNAMENT ORDERS IS POSSIBLE BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT - PLEASE CALL 276-728-2778 AND WE'LL DO OUR BEST TO MEET YOUR DEADLINE!

DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, Standard shipping of items means that the orders will ship within 3 days of the date that we receive it.
If you choose "Expedited" your order will be placed at the front of the list.
If you have a before-Christmas event deadline, then you should notify us 276-728-2778 or e-mail immediately so that we can be certain to deliver to you in time!
RETURNS POLICIES: Orna Mentz offers the following Returns Policy: Other than the below listed exceptions, all requests for return and refund will be accepted if the request is made within 30 days after you have received your order - no questions asked. (We only ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back should that prove to be necessary) EXCEPTIONS: Custom orders, such as corporate or wedding favor orders are not covered under this return policy.
Refunds are processed back to your account within 30 days of either your cancellation notice (should you change your mind and decide to cancel before the item has been shipped), or 30 days from the date that we receive the returned item. We're pretty easy to get along with, so don't worry about making a return if you really need or want to.
